A Logo Can Say It All – #116

One of the best designers who ever lived, Paul Rand, described a logo as a flag, a signature, an escutcheon, or a street sign. He further stated that a logo does not directly sell, but that it identifies. This was to emphasize that what a logo represents is more important than how it looks, because the subject matter of a logo can almost be anything.
